Chittagong Steel Works Limited (CSW) is an ISO 9001: 2008 certified Steel Fabrication and Galvanization plant based in Bangladesh. The company was set up in Chittagong by an outstandingly dedicated and talented entrepreneur, Mr. Alauddin Ahmed and he has been in operation since 1956. His hard work, high ethical standards and dedication to commitment, production and marketing of manufactured items.In 1967 the company was shifted to Dhaka in view of better industrial and commercial prospects. It was converted to a family partnership company in 1967 and was subsequently transformed into a private Limited Company registered with the Registrar of the joint Stock Companies of the Government of the people’s Republic of Bangladesh, with Mir Alauddin Ahmed as Chairman & Managing Director in 1976.
In course of time, the company was shifted to a larger area at panchabati, Fatullah, Narayangonj, with its corporate headquarters at House #410 Lane # 07, Apartment # 03 DOHS, Baridhara, Dhaka – 1206 Bangladesh
The company is organized in 3 (three) wings / divisions as
1. Fabrication Division
2. Consumer Item Division
3. Civil Construction Division.
