It has the state of the art instruments and machines. For each of the body part and fitness program it has specific instruments to get the best out of your effort. For instance, for legs exercise we have Squat, Hex Squats, Leg press etc, for chest we have Bench press, Decline Bench press, Smith Machines etc, for cardio programs we have Trade Mills, Elliptical Trainer etc. and we have plenty of dumbbells and burbles of different weights and various others instruments for your fitness. The good thing is every now and then we are adding new machines and instruments in our gym.The best part of this gym is the environment and ambient. Instructor, gym staffs and the members are very friendly and helpful. Cleanliness and hygiene is another factor we give high priority. Belonging and ownership grows towards this gym once a person becomes a member of this gym.
