বাংলাদেশ পুলিশ বাহিনীর ১ লাখ ৩৭ হাজার সদস্যসহ আপামর জনসাধারণের পাশে দাঁড়ানোর লক্ষ্যে রাজারবাগের কেন্দ্রীয় পুলিশ হাসপাতালে পুলিশ ব্লাড ব্যাংক প্রতিষ্ঠিত হয়েছে। “রক্তে মোরা বাঁধন গড়ি, রক্ত দেবো জীবন ভরি” এই স্লোগানকে সামনে রেখে ২০১০ সালের ১২ ডিসেম্বর পুলিশ ব্লাড ব্যাংকের যাত্রা শুরু হয়। অপরাধ দমন, তদন্ত ও তথ্য উদঘাটনের মূল কাজের পাশাপাশি রক্ত আদান প্রদানের মাধ্যমে সর্বস্তরের জনগণের সাথে সৌহার্দ্য বৃদ্ধিও এই ব্লাড ব্যাংকের একটি উদ্দেশ্য। পুলিশ বাহিনীর সদস্যসহ ছাড়াও যেকোন ব্যক্তি এই ব্লাড ব্যাংক থেকে রক্ত নিতে পারেন।Police blood bank Contact
