Even though it has high level of maternal and neo-natal mortality rate, Bangladesh is one of the few developing countries which has met the Millennium Development Goals 4 (To reduce child mortality) and 5 (To improve maternal health).It was a dream of Brigadier General Dr.Masudur Rahman Khan, the founder of the THE MARKS GROUP, to setup a modern non-profit Medical College and Hospital,Cancer Hospital for the people of Bangladesh. The family (Children of Brieg.Gen Dr.M.R Khan) now wishes to materialize and fulfill his dream by the SARC (SOCIAL ADVANCED AND REHABILITY Center) of Excellence.
